2003 World Junior Championships

USA Junior Girls Finish 10th!

USA Table Tennis sent its National Junior Team to the World Junior Championships in Chile, Dec. 14-21, where they finished 10th. The USA Junior Girls' Team qualified by defeating the Canadian Team 3-1 at the North American Championships. (The boys' team suffered a tough 3-1 loss to the Canadians, losing two of the matches 3-2.) The team underwent a training camp in San Francisco before leaving on Dec. 10 for Chile.
