Exhibitor Agreement

2003 USA Table Tennis National Championships

Terms of Payment

Full payment must be received with the Exhibitor Agreement. Deadline to submit Exhibitor Agreements is November 5, 2003.  Exhibitor Agreements submitted by FAX will be accepted only if credit card payment is included.Booth Provisions

20’ x 16’ floor space (tables are NOT included)

Table draping will be provided. Additional tables are available at cost of $55 per table (extra tables must be used within allocated booth space demensions). Payment for additional tables must be included with final booth payment. No additional tables will be provided at the venue. Any piping with draping will be at the exhibitor's expense and must be pre-arranged. The venue map, electrical and telephone order forms will be mailed with the booth confirmation letter separately.

Space Assignment

The floor plan is designed by our Facility Management Director according to Fire Marshall regulations and the facilitation of floor traffic designs for all exhibitors. Exhibitors are required to confine their activities to within the allocated exhibitor's booth space.  Therefore, there will be no hanging garments, clothing, etc. outside of your arranged floor space.  No exceptions!

State Law

Exhibitors conducting sales activities within the Las Vegas Convention Center are responsible for assessing Nevada sales tax of 7.25%.

Cancellation

Exhibitors wishing to cancel space are required to notify USA Table Tennis by phone and forward a confirmation letter of cancellation. If exhibitor cancels booth reservation after November 5, 2003, a 20% processing fee will be charged. There will be no penalty for notifying USATT of cancellations on or before November 5, 2003

Please Note: Exhibitors are prohibited from selling T-shirts or other souvenir items, which bear the name of this event. Further, exhibitors agree to not deface or damage tables, floors, or walls and agree to use only fireproof decorations or materials.  Any damage caused by the exhibitor will be at the exhibitors expense.

SHIPPING

Freight shipments related to the 2003 USA Table Tennis National Championships may be shipped to arrive on or after Monday, December 15, 2003.  The address will be given at a later time.  We are currently in the process of changing halls in the convention center due to floor conditions.

Do not ship boxes UPS or FedEx to the above address.  Only freight shipments will be accepted at the convention center.  You may ship UPS or FedEx to your hotel, attention to your name.  USA Table Tennis and Martin Kilpatrick will not be responsible for any lost shipments.

Teardown

Due to our contract with the Las Vegas Convention Center, all Exhibitor items (boxes, displays, equipment, ect.),  must be out of the hall no later than Monday, December 21st!
