Vendor Space at the USA Nationals

USA Table Tennis is spearheading the 2003 USA Table Tennis National Championships, to be held December 17-20, and we would like you to join us in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada!  We’re planning a great tournament and hope that you will be a part of it.

Please take a moment to read the Exhibitor Booth Contract Agreement, especially the shipping to and tear-down information.  As an exhibitor of the 2003 Nationals, it is very important that you follow this Agreement.

As always, USATT's national sponsors receive first selection in booth space commensurate with their level of sponsorship. All of the supporting vendors of the 2003 Nationals will be assigned booth space upon receipt of a signed Exhibitor Agreement Contract and full payment (i.e. we will first assign booth A, then B, and so on). The earlier you send your agreement in with payment, the better your chances are to reserve optimum booth space. After November 5, 2003, USA Table Tennis will open up remaining booth space to outside entities on a first come-first service basis.

To reserve your booth space in Las Vegas for the 2003 Nationals, first read the enclosed Exhibitor Booth Contract Agreement, then sign at the bottom of the last page and mail or fax (please read faxing instructions) the form to Tommy Perkins, USA Table Tennis, One Olympic Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO, 80909 or fax 719-632-6071, no later than November 5, 2003. Exhibitor agreements will not be accepted without full credit card payment!

When you get to the site you will need to take a moment and Register with SmartCity before you can begin your order. By Registering, the exhibitor will be able to place their order on-line. It will also provide SmartCity the opportunity to recognize you each time you login and provide SmartCity a history of your orders that you will be able to access at your convenience.
