Airport Transportation: There is no Hilton Hotel Free Shuttle from the airport. If you wish to have the Hilton Town Car Limousine service pick you up, it will cost $35 from the Airport to the hotel; the return trip via Town Car will cost $23.00. Arrange airport pick up for this service at time of hotel registration. There is city taxi service from/to the airport which costs around $20 one way.

Taxi and Shuttle Information from Airport:
Airport to Center City: $21.00 for 1 or 2 people; $2 for each additional
person over 2 people.
Shuttle rates from the three companies above range from $10 - $12 one way
or $18 - $20 round trip, per person. Guests can access the shuttle in the
Commercial Lane, just outside the airport. Rates to other areas of town from
the airport, as well as from point to point anywhere else in the city are
metered at $2.00 initial drop and $2.00 per mile.
There is city taxi service from/to the airport which costs around $20 one
way or you can access the three airport shuttle services which are available
at the airport in the Commercial Lane.

The Charlotte Convention Center offers in-house, Concierge service, a Vistors’ Information
Center, a gift shop and varied food concession services. The Vistors’ Information
Center has maps, guides, and brochures that will lead you to Center City Charlotte
main attractions. The Gift Shop offers an array of sundries, unique gifts and
North Carolina souvenirs and collectibles. The Food Concession services include
Starbucks coffee and food-court style dining.
Charlotte Visitor Information: Downtown
Charlotte offers many activities and sights for you and your family to see
while you are in North Carolina, many which are within walking distance or
easily accessible by a trolley that runs right in front of the hotel; for
example, there is the Paramount Carowinds Water and Theme Park 20 minutes
from the hotel. Lake Norman is 30 minutes away by car offering many activities
including lunchtime cruises on Mississippi River boat replicas.
