Tournament Directors are given 14 days to submit the Tournament Results (electronic or hard copy/draw sheets) to North American Table Tennis and the Tournament Report (tourney info, membership application forms and fees and rating fees) to USA Table Tennis. Documents postmarked later than 14 days will be received and processed but not after 28 days. If the results from your tournament are not posted on the web within a reasonable time frame, you need to contact the Tournament Director. All tournaments postmarked after 28 days will NOT be processed.
