The United States Olympic Committee's TeamUSAnet is produced by the USOC Athlete Programs Division and hosted by MONSTER.com. It is exclusively intended for U.S. Olympians and hopefuls only. A U.S. Olympic hopeful is an athlete who is recognized by his/her sport's National Governing Body as being on a national team and/or having a national or international ranking in his/her sport or discipline.
The USOC Athlete Programs Division created TeamUSAnet to serve as a virtual Athlete Services Center for those U.S. Olympians and hopefuls who are not able to visit one of the brick-and-mortar Athlete Services Centers located at Olympic Training Centers in Colorado Springs, Lake Placid and Chula Vista. The goal of TeamUSAnet, as is the goal of the Athlete Programs Division, is to provide programs and services to assist America's Olympians and Olympic hopefuls to perform their best not only in athletics, but also in life. These programs and services are delivered in a holistic approach to not only improve athletic endeavors, but also provide instruments for success in careers, the community, and as individuals.
