TENNIS: US Olympian Tawny Banh and Table Tennis Promoter/National Coach Scott
Preiss to appear on “Best Damn Sports Show Period”

Colorado Springs, Colo. – US Olympian Tawny Banh (San Gabriel, Calif.) and
Table Tennis Promoter Scott Preiss (Colorado Springs, Colo.) will make an
appearance on FOX Sports “Best Damn Sports Show Period” on Thursday, July
29th between 8:30 PM – 11 PM Western Time.
Tawny, a two-time US Olympian, will compete in Women’s Singles and Doubles
events in Athens this year as part of the seven player team representing the
USA. “I‘m really excited to compete in this years Olympic Games in Athens.
I’m also glad that I can help promote the sport of Table Tennis in the USA.”
Tawny will be joined by Scott Preiss, who is a Table Tennis Promoter and USA
Table Tennis Certified National Coach. Scott, also known as, “The Harlem
Globetrotter of Table Tennis” is recognized for his exciting displays of trick
shots and crowd-pleasing exhibitions. “It’s always a joy to demonstrate an
Olympic Sport that’s rarely seen!”
The shows lineup will consist of: Roger Craig, 3-time Super Bowl Champion
Running Back of the San Francisco 49ers; Melissa Rivers, Daughter of Comedian
Joan Rivers; US Olympian Tawny Banh with Table Tennis Promoter Scott Preiss;
guest hosts Brian Cox and Holly Robinson-Peete; and other guests to be named.
The hosts of the show are Chris Rose, Tom Arnold, and John Salley.
