Ballot Return Deadline – November 10

 Several of you have been late receiving your election materials. This should surprise no one. The responsibility to submit timely change of address information lies with you, the membership. The USATT Headquarters staff has worked very hard to update membership files. However, there are bound to be a few incorrect and out of date addresses in any list of 7,000. When you have contacted us to let us know that you did not have your election packet, we have done our best to get a ballot out to you ASAP.

It is very important to stick to our schedule for this election. The November 10 ballot return deadline will give us barely enough time to seat the Board before the November Board meeting, at which the annual budget is put in place. I beseech you to fill out your ballot and mail it in as soon as possible, if you have not done so already.
