North American Table Tennis to Run
Upcoming U.S. Opens and Nationals

USATT has contracted North American Table Tennis (NATT) to run the U.S. Opens and Nationals through 2006. NATT ran the Open (as volunteers) and Nationals (as contractors) in 2003, and with the tournaments both well-run and profitable, USATT has decided to work together with NATT to continue the trend.

NATT, based in Rockville, MD, has been running table tennis events all over the U.S. since 1998, including the Stiga North American Teams, the Stiga North American Tour, the Junior Olympics, and numerous other events. They have their own staff and have developed their own software to run these events. They are known for great time scheduling, customer service and efficient organization. NATT also does the USATT ratings, which under their direction has gone from consistently a 4-6 weeks processing time to about 1-2 weeks (sometimes less). 

NATT President Richard Lee said,  "I believe strongly in the future of Table Tennis in America.  North American Table Tennis' skill in proper planning and event management grows from our understanding of the sport, both as players and as organizers.  I'm very pleased that USATT has given my company this opportunity to bring professional event management skills to these events."
