USATT Tournament Entry Forms Online

USATT will now put entry forms for USATT tournaments online for you. Here are the rules!

1. Tournaments must be USATT sanctioned
2. Entry forms must be emailed in a form easily converted to PDF, such as Word or Excel
3. Entry forms will then be put in the USATT "Entry Form" folder. The web address for your tournament will be www.usatt.org/entry_forms/TOURNAMENT_NAME.pdf
