USA Table Tennis Magazine on Newsstands!

For the first time ever, USA Table Tennis Magazine will be on nationwide newsstands. The 2005 July/August issue will be in:

• 52 Borders Bookstores
• 43 Hastings Books & Records
• 39  Barnes & Nobles Bookstores
• 13 Shinders Bookstores in Minnesota
• 2 B. Dalton Bookstores
• 2 Newsbreaks
• 1 Readers World

A total of 432 magazines will be distributed to these 152 stores in the USA. Issues should be reaching newsstands on or shortly after July 1. It was mailed last week to all USATT Members (bulk mail, which takes about 1-3 weeks).

The issue is a test case for the newsstands, and came about after years of discussion and persuasion with the newsstand distributors. If sales are satisfactory, then it is hoped that the magazine will be distributed regularly in the 1167 Borders, 647 Barnes & Nobles, and huge numbers of Hastings and other bookstores & Newsstands in the U.S.  It is unknown which specific stores the magazine will be in, other than the 13 Shinders stores in Minnesota.
