Volunteers Needed for USA Nationals

The 2005 U.S. Nationals will be held from Wednesday, December 14 through Saturday, December 17, 2005 in Las Vegas, NV. As always, highly qualified Operations staff such as yourself are necessary to make the tournament a success. We hope that you will be available during this time period to volunteer your services.

In return for your service at the tournament, you will be provided with:

• Hotel - One-half room for four days, (arrival December 13, check-out December 17).
• Food - $30 per day for four days
• Travel - $100 as a contribution towards your travel expenses ($50 Nevada residents)

Each person will be assigned to work a 6½ hour shift daily.

Special Notes: To insure an appropriate staffing level at all times, if you are a part of the Operations staff, you will be able to play in a maximum of 2 events (one round robin and one single elimination) during the tournament. You must enter the tournament on your own and pay the appropriate entry fees.

USATT will only book your room for four days. If would like to come earlier, or stay later, you will have to directly deal with the hotel to book your room. Also, if you want your own room because a friend or family member is coming with you, you will need to book your hotel room and USATT will reimburse you half of the room cost.
