USATT
League Memberships
Starting Feb. 1, 2005, to play in the USATT League, you must be a USATT member, which includes the new USATT League membership option ($12/year). This option allows you to play in the League, but no other membership benefits. Joining is simple. You can do so by credit card or check with the USATT League form (linked above), or by PayPal.
If you are already a USATT member, then you are already eligible to play in the USATT League! You do not have to also be a USATT League member.
Keeping track of memberships is simple - the online membership database does it for you! So League Directors don't have to do anything.
There is a 30-day grace period for all players. This means if players show up and want to play in the League, but aren't current paid USATT members (including the new League membership option), they can play and have 30 days to join. After 30 days, if they have not joined, League Directors will not be able to include these players in the League round-robin matches.
The USATT League, sponsored by Paddle Palace and Stiga, was created in Sept. of 2003. As of Jan. 1, 2005, after little over one year of play, 3429 players had played 40,073 league matches in 127 leagues in 46 states. Players interested in playing in the USATT League should go to the USATT League page, and check the list of existing leagues in your area.
