2006 U.S. Open Teams Bonus Items

All Online registrants for the US Open Teams Championship who made their
entries on or before January 29, 2006 are receiving a value-added bonus from
USATT and NATT.  All players listed on those teams roster will, at tournament
registration, be given a free NATT baseball hat and an extra, no-charge grounds
pass for use by non-players.

Online registration can be accomplished through use of a valid credit card
at www.natabletennis.com where a downloadable entry form is also available
for mail-in entry.  Please note that the value-added items above are only
for entries on-line made on or prior to January 29th.
