ITTF Legal Racket Covering List
The ITTF, on Oct 15, announced that racket coverings on racket List 29 will be valid till 31 March 2009
and List 29B will be valid till 30 June 2009. The coverings on list 29 that were declared illegal effective July 1 remain illegal. Read the full ITTF announcement on List29 and 29B
