2010 US Open/International Veterans Championships Entry Form Deadline Reminder

The US and Canadian Entry deadline for the 2010 US Open entry form is Thursday, May 13. Late Entries postmarked after May 13 require a $75 late fee. Entries postmarked after May 21, 2010 will not be accepted.  

The International US Open deadline is May 24, 2010. Entries must be received by May 24, 2010. Entries received after May 24, 2010 will not be accepted.

The International Veterans Championship deadline is May 25, 2010.  Entries must be received by May 25, 2010. Entries received after May 25, 2010 will not be accepted.
