USATT Annual Assembly
December 14th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Las Vegas Convention Center – Room N101 and N102

As a reminder, USATT will conduct an Annual Assembly on the date and time and location as referenced above – we encourage all who can attend to be there.  This year we will feature the normal light refreshments and snacks (crackers, cheeses, fresh vegetables, cookies) as well as a trick shot game for prizes.  In addition, we will also have a drawing for a three night stay at any Hilton in the continental USA .

The main program will feature brief reports by a selected group of Committee Chairs and Task Force Chairs as well as Board Members, the Chairman of the Board and the CEO.  We will also have a presentation by the 2011 U.S. Open Organizing Committee from Milwaukee . This is your chance to meet and greet the Board, committee leadership and staff in an open and transparent atmosphere as well as share time with fellow members of USA Table Tennis.

Come listen, be heard, learn and enjoy the time we have together!

BTW – we are pleased that we have over 725 entries in the 2010 National Championships and that it was just confirmed that we will have video streaming of the event.  More details on that will follow.

Remember that the annual Hall of Fame Induction Dinner will be held the evening of Thursday, December 16 at the Hilton Las Vegas.  Tickets will be available at the U.S. Nationals Registration Table just outside the competition venue located in Hall C4 of the Las Vegas Convention Center .
