Banned Table Tennis Rubber

The ITTF had published their latest list of approved racket coverings effective Apr 1 – Sep 30, 2008. They noted several rubbers that are no longer legal after July 1 2008. These rubbers are primarily (or exclusively) long pips rubbers.
