Mahler and McQueen Suspensions Vacated

These suspensions were vacated to conform with a recent decision made by an American Arbitration Association arbitrator in a hearing on an unrelated matter.  The Board’s decision was made solely to conform with the recent arbitration decision; it does not reflect negatively on the integrity and dedication of the USATT Ethics Committee and the appointed hearing panels that addressed these cases.
