Jim McQueen Suspended from USATT for Six Months

Reference to a grievance submitted by John Pahl regarding the Charlotte Loopalalooza Feb 21-22, 2009 tournament.

  Jim McQueen has been suspended from the USATT & all USATT activities for a period of
   6 months beginning January 29, 2010.  He cannot participate in any USATT activity 
   or event from January 29, 2010 to July 29, 2010.

This was a unanimous decision made by by the hearing panel appointed by the Ethics, Grievance and Disciplinary Committee.
