This includes US International Umpires. Recertification must be completed not later than April 30, 2011 to umpire at the 2011 US Open. Umpires not recertified by April 30 will be removed from the active umpire list. The recertification exam is an open book club level exam. Any umpire passing the exam will be recertified at the umpire's current umpire rank. There is no charge for the exam if taken on the web. The charge for a paper exam is $5. Please contact Andy Horn at 719-866-3283 for paper exam. If you have MS Word, click on the Word version, change the name of the file to include your last name, fill in the personal information and indicate the correct answers in red and email to Wendell Dillon pong35@mindspring.com If you want a paper version download the PDF version, fill in the personal information, mark the correct answers and mail to: Wendell Dillon 662 Dorsey Circle Lilburn, GA 30047-4737 You are encouraged to download the USATT Rules and refer to them as you take the exam.
