Ethics Grievance - Robert Blackwell

Motion: Moved that the USATT Board of Directors finds that extraordinary circumstances are present in the matter of the ethics grievance filed by Tong Lee against Robert Blackwell. The USATT Board of Directors further finds that the above-referenced extraordinary circumstances merit referral to an ethics arbitration panel under USOC auspices for a hearing. Pursuant to XIX USATT Bylaws § 3, the USATT Executive Director is requested to proceed with the referral.
