Motion:

Moved that the USATT be a minor sponsor for the upcoming ACUI / NCTTA Championships in the amount of $2,500 with the funds paying for part of the shortfall the event is experiencing.  Their presentation during the December 2006 Board Meeting was impressive and their actions are beneficial to US Table Tennis.  Many USATT members joined due to the efforts of these organizations.  The USOC is interested in the USATT’s relationship with the collegiate community and this would demonstrate our support.  The money will come out of the current reserve. 

1. Disclosure – I committed to being the Competition Manager for this event before I was a candidate and subsequently elected as treasurer.   I am a volunteer and will receive no pay for my services.
