Moved that the USATT establishes a 5 persons panel to create a recommendation to the USATT Board of Directors for USATT by-law changes.
The panel would be selected as follows:
The President will consult board members individually and then select 2 USATT board members to serve on the panel.
The Executive Vice President will consult board members individually and then select 2 USATT board members to serve on the panel.
The Athlete representatives will select 1 USATT Athlete Representative to serve on the panel.
The athlete representative shall be the presiding board member on the panel.

Deadline for voting: Friday, July 6, 2007, Noon MST or as soon as everyone has registered their vote.
