Motion: Revision to Bylaw Section 16 E
Motioner: Sheri Pittman Seconder: Tong Lee
Move to revise the Bylaws, Chapter  VIII, Section 16 E. as follows: After the 
sentence, insert "Those elected to these positions in 2006 shall serve a two-
year term."
Closing date for voting: Thursday October 12, 2006 Noon Mountain Time or 
as soon as everyone has registered their vote.

Motion failed:7-2-1-3  Bylaw changes require 9   votes to pass
