USATT Registered Agent Change

Motion: USATT registered agent change

Motioner:  Tong Lee    Seconder:  Sheri Pittman
Motion:  Moved that National Registered Agents, Inc. replace Primo Madrigal
as the Registered Agent for United States Table Tennis Association, Inc in
the State of Illinois.

Rationale:  Primo Madrigal who was USATT registered agent for many years
requested to be removed as registered agent and he moved to Philippines. 
According to the Secretary of State of Illinois, "Any change of registered
agent must be by resolution adopted by the board of directors." 
Closing date for voting: Thursday, October 12, 2006 or as soon as everyone
has registered their vote.
