MOTION I. Moved that the Board approve Pan-Am Selection Procedures that had been reviewed and approved by the Elite Athletic Committee.

            Proposed by Sheri Pittman; seconded by Tawny Banh.

            PASSED: 7-0-0 (Bahn, Boggan, Lee, Pittman, Sweeris, Taylor, Wang) 

MOTION II. Moved that Atlanta hold the Pan-Am Team Trials.

            Proposed by Sheri Pittman; seconded by Tawny Banh.

            PASSED: 7-0. 

MOTION III. Moved that USATT become an Official Sponsor of the Extreme Table Tennis Championship.

            Proposed by Sheri Pittman; seconded by Tim Boggan.

            PASSED: 9-0-0. 

MOTION IV. Moved to accept the revisions in the USA Table Tennis Resources Policy Manual.

            Proposed by Sheri Pittman; seconded by Tong Lee.

            PASSED: 10-0-0. 

MOTION V. Moved that we approve the offer of employment to Clark Mitchell. That’s  Offer #1—“Salary, plus incentives for bringing in Sponsorship Dollars.”

            Proposed by Sheri Pittman; seconded by Tong Lee.

             PASSED: 9-0-1. 

MOTION VI. Moved that we accept Bill Lui as Chair of the Elite Athlete Committee.

            Proposed by Sheri Pittman, seconded by Tong Lee.

            PASSED: (Todd against).
