Motion One: Moved to amend Standing Rule #26-h of the Nominating/Elections Committee by replacing the current language with the following: "Notwithstanding sections 2-7 above, the above dates will be adjusted in order for the elections to be completed following the conclusion of the Games."

Rationale: To clarify rules so that athletes participating in the 2004 Olympics qualify to run in the election.
