New to Table Tennis?

So you are new to table tennis, and are wondering what it's all about, and how to get involved? You've come to the right place!

By joining USA Table Tennis, you join the 8000 members who are part of a nationwide organization of tournaments and leagues, with a national rating system. You also get the bi-monthly color-glossy USA Table Tennis Magazine.

But before you join, you probably have many questions. To answer these questions, you should read about USA Table Tennis, since they are the governing body for, yes, USA Table Tennis! Or, you might have rules questions.

Most likely you are a player. Then there are pages to help you find Tournaments, Coaches, Clubs or Leagues in your area. It is strongly recommended that new players get coaching, if at all possible - yes, there are hundreds of table tennis coaches in the U.S., many of them full-time professional coaches. Then find a local club or league to play in.
