The following has been decided on and will be implemented by the 1^st of May concerning the changes on the nature of the one-time tournament pass.

1. The One-Time Tournament Pass will still be available or offered at $10 per person to anyone who does not yet have a rating and/or has never been a member of USATT.
2. The duration is One-day only or One-tournament only.  Should an individual wish to continue participating in an USATT sanctioned event, then the individual will have to pay full membership.  ‘Upgrade’ and credit of $10 is no longer applicable.
3. Anyone who has availed of the One-Time Tournament Pass prior to May 1^st may upgrade to a full membership and apply the credit of $10 towards the purchase, if still within the 6 months duration.

The reason behind this modification/change is to cut down on cost and manpower.  It is time consuming monitoring those who purchased the One-Time Tournament Pass.  At the moment the list fills up 58 pages as this list consists of ALL who ever purchased the Pass.  Also, this has caused confusion and undue monetary cost on the Tournament Director/s.  I hope you’ll see this as a reasonable and a fair decision.
