comment on situations which are not addressed by the ITTF Rules of Table
Tennis at all. We shall try to
respond to legitimate questions promptly. Persons whose questions can be
easily answered by consulting
the official Table Tennis Rules will be, at best, directed to that
source. Contact Dana Schnell at USATT headquarters (719-866-4583) to buy a copy of the the newest edition of the ITTF Rule Book."
