Q: At a tournament my opponent told me between points to wipe off my racket, saying it was wet. Even though I'm better off with a dry racket, am I required to do so?

A: You are required to keep your equipment in good condition, not to affect adversely the play of your opponent. Thus, if you want to win, keep your racket and gun powder dry.
