USA Table Tennis Welcomes Ed Chan as Director of Innovation

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — USA Table Tennis (USATT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Chan as its new Director of Innovation.
Ed brings extensive experience in technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence (AI), with a proven track record of leveraging emerging technologies to improve organizational performance, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation. His expertise spans AI strategy, digital product development, data analytics, process automation, and technology leadership.
As Director of Innovation, Ed will lead USATT's efforts to modernize its technology ecosystem and identify new opportunities where AI and digital innovation can strengthen the organization. He will work across all areas of USATT to improve member services, streamline operations, enhance event management, develop new digital products, and support data-driven decision-making. He will also help shape the organization's long-term technology strategy as USATT continues to grow participation and deliver greater value to its members.
