The U.S. Mini-Cadet and Hopes teams earned 43 of the 56 medals up for grabs at the ITTF Americas U11 & U13 Championships in Katy, Texas.

The Americans collected 14 gold, 11 silver and 18 bronze medals at the continental youth championships.

“What stood out most to me was their ability to stay focused, compete through adversity, and continue fighting for every point,” said U.S. National Team Coach Tim Wang. “The level of commitment and determination across both age groups was a big reason I believe the U.S. had such a successful showing in Texas.”

The Mini-Cadet (U13) squads earned gold in all seven U13 events and added five silver and 10 bronze medals.
