Current Status: The following Temporary Measures are in full force and effect for Eric Kenji Jouti (USATT Member # 1185997). Eric Kenji Jouti is prohibited from participating in table tennis tournaments or events sanctioned and/or hosted by USATT in any form or fashion, including playing, coaching, officiating, and/or serving as an administrator of such tournaments or events. This includes any and all international table tennis events, such as WTT tournaments, held in the United States of America. At USATT Affiliated Member Clubs and at USATT Sanctioned or hosted tournaments, including international table tennis tournaments held in the United States of America, Mr. Jouti is further prohibited from interacting in any form or fashion with any and all individuals who initiated and/or pursued the Complaint against him that resulted in the two-year suspension issued by the Brazilian Olympic Committee. Mr. Jouti is permitted to engage in all other activities at USATT Affiliated Member Clubs not expressly prohibited by this ruling. At all times during this imposition of these Temporary Measures, Mr. Jouti must remain fully Safe Sport Compliant under USATT’s policies and procedures. These Temporary Measures are subject to revision for any reason determined as appropriate and reasonable by USATT. These Temporary Measures are subject to revision based on the results of the pending appeal of Mr. Jouti’s suspension by the Brazilian Olympic Committee. These Temporary Measures are subject to revision by further direction of the United States Center for SafeSport and/or the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee. These Temporary Measures are subject revision by formal order of the International Table Tennis Federation. Unless otherwise directed or determined, these Temporary Measures will expire on May 5, 2027.
