- The attached USATT - Safe Sport Protocol - Tournament Entry Blank - 23 02-22aneeds to be added to the entry form;
- The Tournament Director must email the attached USATT - Safe Sport Protocol - Communication of Policy - 23 02-22a to all tournament participants 10 days prior to the event; and
- The Tournament Director must sign the attached USATT - Safe Sport Protocol - Tournament Director Declaration of Compliance - 23 02-22a after the completion of the tournament.
Tournament Ratings
When submitting results, send them to Tina.Ren@usatt.org
Tournament results must be submitted no later than 14 days after the tournament. Failure to do so will result in the following processing penalties:
- Passed 14 days – $100 fee
- Passed 21 days – $200 fee
- Passed 28 days – $300 fee
Tournament results submitted to USATT 35 days or longer from the date of the tournament will NOT be uploaded into the USATT Ratings system.
