ITTF & WTT Database Registration

Players need to be added into the ITTF database under the USA in order to be registered for tournaments:

1. Fill in the Google document to add name to the registration waiting list.
2. Email passport, address, and participation form to jasna@usatt.org (subject of the email: ITTF Database Registration). The participation form has 18 pages, of which only few need to filled out, but all pages need to be sent in one compressed pdf file.
3. The process of registration has to start at least 15 days before the tournament deadline for which the tournament athlete wants to enter.

• Registration form for WTT Tournament Participation

When A player wants to be registered to WTT tournaments:

1. Fill out the Google form and specify tournament name, dates of arrival/departure, and hotel choice (for your events, please specify if package with a hotel will be used)

Registration Fees may be paid to the USATT PayPal account - admin@usatt.org, and once the payment is processed, please send a screenshot of the payment confirmation to Jasna Rather at jasna@usatt.org.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the process of entry is requested and the fee paid for international events, there will be no reimbursement of the participation fee for the decision to not enter an event.
