Players need to be added into the ITTF database under the USA in order to be registered for tournaments: a) Fill up the Google document to add name to registration waiting list b) Email passport, address, participation form to jasna@usatt.org (subject of the email: ITTF Database Registration). The participation form has 18 pages from which only few are filled but all pages need to be sent in one compressed pdf file c) Process of registration has to start at least 15 days before the tournament deadline for which the tournament athlete wants to register for.

When A player wants to be registered to WTT tournaments: a) Fill out the Google form and specify tournament name, dates of arrival/departure and hotel choice (for your events, please specify if package with a hotel will be used)
