$30.00 Per Shift (Per Diem) – Parking Provided for All Local Volunteers - USATT Shirt (Must Complete 5 or More Shifts)
Free Entry Into Up to 2 Events in the Tournament (Event Start Time Cannot Conflict with Shifts and Must Complete 5 or More Shifts)
Please Note: There is no hotel, flight or travel reimbursement for local volunteers
Available Volunteer Tasks
- Set Up Assistance (SUA): Assist in setting up courts, Control Desk, Show Courts – Physical Work
- Load Out Assistance (LOA): Assist in breaking down and loading out all event equipment – Physical Work
- Registration (REG): Assist in Registration Set Up and Administration
- Control Desk – Table Assignments (CDT): Sets Up, Delivers and Receives Clip Boards for Matches
- Control Desk – Conflicts (CDC): Works with Competition Manager to Reduce and Resolve Time Conflicts in Matches
- Live Stream Production Assistance (LSP) – Assist in Video Production Elements During Tournament
- Scorekeeper (SKP): Keeps score on designated courts
- Ball Pickers (BPK): Assists Para Players in Retrieving Balls for Matches and Practice
- Awards / Certificates (AWC): Manages Delivery of Awards and Certificates to Participants

Out-of-Town Volunteer Benefits
$30.00 Per Shift (Per Diem) – Hotel Room (Shared Double) – Up to $250 Reimbursement for Flight Travel – USATT Shirt
Free Entry into One (1) Event in the Tournament (Out-of-Town Volunteers Cannot Play in More Than One Event)
Out-of-Town Volunteer Requirements
- Must Live Outside of the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex
- Must Commit to Working at least One Shift for a Minimum of Five Consecutive Days
- Must Commit to a Minimum of One Shift (Morning: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm or Evening: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm) Per Day
- Hotel is Only Paid for Days on Which the Out-of-Town Volunteer Actually Works a Full Volunteer Shift
- Shifts Will Be Assigned to Out-of-Town Volunteers by USATT Operations Staff
