Juniors U19 Finals Will Cap Off the 2023 ITTF Pan American Youth Championships

The Singles Finals are approaching for the U19 Juniors with the gold medal matches at the 2023 ITTF Pan American Youth Championships.
The Junior Girls’ Singles finals are set for this for the U19s featuring Brazil and the United States. TAKAHASHI Giulia will represent Brazil and she will face MOYLAND Sally in the championship final.
TAKAHASHI was able to overwhelm Krystal Melendez out of Puerto Rico in four games in their best-of-seven semifinal. In the semifinals matchup for MOYLAND, she was tested after dropping the first two games against Brazilian WATANABE Laura, who took her to six games at 4-2 (5-11, 11-13, 11-2, 11-8, 11-5, and 11-8).

The U19 Boys’ Singles gold medal match will be between Puerto Rico and the United States.
On the table for Puerto Rico is NARANJO Angel who moved past USA’s TSAO Darryl in four straight games.
NARESH Nandan will represent the USA in the gold medal finals after defeating his elder brother NARESH Sid four games to one.
The finals will be live at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in West Virginia.
