US Team Trials Conclude Today for 2024 ITTF World Teams Championships Busan

The US Team Trials move into the final day of contention, and the players will make their final efforts to qualify for the 2024 ITTF World Teams Championships in South Korea.

The draws for the final stage were set yesterday evening to close out day two and the opening matches of the men's and women's final stages were played.

With previous match results carrying over from the initial round robins, Sid Naresh and Nikhil leads in men’s singles, and moving into day three with seven wins and zero losses.

In the final men's singles matches of the day, Naresh and Kumar are paced to face one another to determine a men's first-place finisher and close out the team trials.

In women’s singles, it would be accurate to state that the participants are vying to finish in the top three. Kayla Goodwin, Tiffany Ke, and Sarah Jalli are currently on top for the women. It’s worth noting that both WR #38 Amy Wang and then WR #45 Lily Zhang would have first claim to compete as the US Woman’s No. 1 in Busan, South Korea.
