ITTF Americas Cup Returns to the San Francisco Bay Area

USA Table Tennis (USATT) is proud to host the 2026 ITTF Americas Cup for the second year in a row. The event will return to the 888 Table Tennis Center in Burlingame, California, from January 28 – February 1.

As a premier annual event for the Pan American region, the ITTF Americas Cup San Francisco 2026 brings together 16 of the strongest men and women from across North, Central, South America, and the Caribbean for one of the most prestigious titles in the hemisphere. The top four players in Men’s and Women’s Singles events will earn qualification to the 2026 ITTF World Cup in Macao.

Elite Athletes from Across the Americas

The 2026 edition will showcase the continent’s top talents—Olympians, Pan American champions, and rising stars—promising exciting, world-class competition.

USA athletes include:

  • Kanak Jha – Reigning ITTF-Americas Cup champion; 2024 Olympic Round of 16
  • Lily Zhang – 4-time Olympian (2012,2016, 2020, 2024); 6-time U.S. National Champion
  • Amy Wang – 2024 Olympian; 2023 Pan American Champion
  • Sid Naresh – Rising junior standout and Pan Am Games medalist

Top international athletes include 4th place finisher at the 2024 Paris Olympics in Men’s Singles, Hugo Calderano (Brazil), two-time ITTF-Americas Cup Women’s champion Bruna Takahashi (BRA), and 2024 and 2025 Pan American Games Women’s Champion Adriana Diaz (PUR).

Athletes from Canada, Brazil, Chile, Puerto Rico, Argentina, and many other table tennis nations are expected to compete, setting the stage for an international and high-level competition.

The event will be staged at 888 Table Tennis Center, a modern, purpose-built high-performance facility equipped to host elite international competition. As both a National Training Center and ITTF Americas High Performance Center, 888 TTC offers world-class playing conditions for athletes and an outstanding environment for fans.
