The USATT Rankings are an objective, merit-based method used to provide information about a player’s performance in the past 24 months at specific high-level USATT-sanctioned tournaments.
The USATT Rankings are composed of the following lists:
Senior Women’s Singles* (O30, O40, O50, O60, O65, O70, O75, O80, O85) *Each age group will have their own ranking list
Players are ranked when having non-expired points awarded at sanctioned Ranking tournaments with qualifying events
Ranking points are awarded at sanctioned Ranking tournaments with qualifying events
Ranking will be based on points accumulated over the most recent 24 months of competition
Points will retain 100% value for a 0–12-month period
Points will be reduced to 50% of the original value for the 13–24-month period
The ranking of a player is based on the sum of the points from all competitions with non-expired results with the following exceptions:
A maximum of the best result counting for the ranking points from USATT Regionals (e.g., participation in multiple USATT Regionals is allowed, but only your single best performance will count towards your ranking)
A maximum of your best result counting from Ranking Tournaments (formerly US Team Trials) (e.g., participation in multiple Ranking Tournaments is encouraged, but only your single best performance will count towards your ranking)
Every player must win at least one match to be eligible to earn the points.
