USA Table Tennis Designates 888 Table Tennis Center as a National Training Center

[Burlingame, CA, April 25, 2024] – USA Table Tennis (USATT) proudly announces 888 Table Tennis Center (888 TTC) an esteemed National Training Center, marking a significant milestone in the growth and development of the sport across the United States. As a National Training Center, 888 Table Tennis Center will become a home for building the future of table tennis in America.


The decision to designate 888 TTC as the National Training Center stems from its unwavering commitment to developmental excellence, state-of-the-art facilities, and exceptional coaching staff. Located in Burlingame, California, 888 TTC has 40 tables in a beautiful 30,000 square foot facility and 12+ person coaching/training team. 888 TTC’s renowned International Talent Development Program (ITDP) has fostered the growth of USATT’s national team members, including Rachel Sung who has qualified for the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.


888 Table Tennis, founded by Huifen Chan, has become a household name for table tennis enthusiasts in the U.S. With impressive elite and junior development programs, 888 TTC has attracted players from across the U.S. and the world. In addition, the facility provides an opportunity to grow table tennis in the community and showcase the sport to a wider audience.

As a National Training Center, 888 TTC will serve as the primary hub for elite athlete development programs, national team training camps, and national team competition and other high-performance initiatives. To inaugurate their designation as a National Training Center, 888 TTC will host the 2024 US National Adult and Junior Team Trials from May 24-31st.
