USA Secures 13 Gold Medals at 2025 Pan Am U11 & U13 Championships

In an incredible display of talent and teamwork, the USA Junior National Table Tennis Team stormed the 2025 ITTF Pan American U11 & U13 Championships in Antigua, Guatemala, seizing an astonishing 27 medals, including 13 golds.
Showcasing depth across singles, doubles, and team events, the USA clinched gold in all but one category. With 21 podium finishes and a near-sweep of the competition, the results highlighted the growing presence of the U.S. in the Pan Am region.
In the U11 Boys’ Singles, Jacob Kordus captured gold and also triumphed in the Hopes Boys’ Doubles alongside Allen Mao. Kordus and Mao, joined by Sayan Jafar and Saivaishnav Senthilkumar, opened the tournament securing gold in the Hopes Boys’ Team event 3-1 against Brazil.
On the girls’ side, Karina Xiao claimed the U11 Girls’ Singles title. Natalie Chang won gold in Hopes Girls’ Doubles with Beier Hsiung, and added another in Hopes Mixed Doubles with Sayan Jafarali. Together with Holly Huang, Hsiung, Chang, and Xiao swept Peru 3-0 the Hopes Girls’ Team final.
For the U13 Boys, Chirag Pradhan earned gold in Boys’ Singles and bronze in Mini-Cadet Doubles with Andrew Huang. Pradhan and Huang joined by Jaden Jia and Xianliang He to captured gold 3-1 versus Brazil in the Mini-Cadet Boys’ Team event.
Angela He dominated the singles final, defeating Canada’s Olivia Wang 3–0 (11-9, 13-11, 11-4) in the U13 Girls’ field. Abigail Yu was a standout as well, securing gold in Mini-Cadet Girls’ Doubles with Anagha Kasichainila and in Mixed Doubles with Jaden Jia. He, Kasichainila, Yu, and Emma Yang later combined to win the Mini-Cadet Girls’ Team championship 3-0 against Guatemala.
Seven all-American finals highlighted the extraordinary depth of talent emerging from the U.S. junior ranks. From Mini-Cadet doubles to Hopes mixed events, American athletes consistently battled each other for the top of the podium.
With their outstanding results across every event category, the 2025 Pan American U11 & U13 Championships confirmed that the next generation of American table tennis athletes is poised to make an impact on the international stage after qualifying for the 2025 ITTF World Hopes Week & Challenge in Sheffield, England.
